Responsibilities
- Lead and implement the divisions strategic goals and objectives.
- Provide leadership and direction to investment teams and executive managers.
- Oversee investment solutions ensuring alignment with client risk and reward strategies.
- Maintain and enhance the divisions financial performance.
- Develop and execute marketing sales and growth strategies.
- Drive business negotiations and identify expansion opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with FAIS FICA POPIA and other regulatory requirements.
- Report on organisational performance and strategic initiatives to the CEO.
- Oversee the development and implementation of business systems and technology.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including clients regulators and business partners.
- Recruit mentor and develop highperforming teams.
- Uphold company culture values and reputation in the market.
Requirements
- Relevant degree in business management finance or investment management.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of investment management finance regulatory compliance and strategic planning.
- Proven leadership and decisionmaking skills at an executive level.
- Excellent ability to analyze financial data and market trends.
- Strong negotiation stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in driving business growth and achieving financial targets.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Exceptional problemsolving and strategic thinking abilities.
- Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English.
