Responsibilities:
- Develop and document comprehensive business requirement specifications through collaborative discussions and interviews with relevant stakeholders.
- Lead the creation and deployment of JIRA workflows to optimize business processes and enhance team collaboration.
- Document and analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions.
- Act as the primary interface between business representatives and technical resources ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Proactively identify and implement incremental improvements to current processes enhancing efficiency and productivity.
- Effectively manage stakeholders keeping management users and developers informed of progress through clear and consistent communication.
- Provide user support including troubleshooting errors and creating training materials for new processes and applications.
