About the Role
Our PwC Private Deals team is expanding and were looking for a Senior Manager to join our vast community of solvers. The PwC Private Deals team brings our purpose to life by working with midmarket Private Equity Corporate and other Advisory clients to help businesses execute M&A transactions with confidence. We look beyond the numbers and take the time to understand our clients personal circumstances aspirations and their business and financial goals.
Youll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:
Financial analysis in a transaction services or corporate environment.
Supporting companies acquiring or divesting businesses or raising expansion capital projects
Buy and sell side financial due diligence
Organisational and project management skills in a transaction services or corporate environment.
Tertiary qualifications in Accounting/Commerce/Business or related qualification and studies undertaken in CA CFA Master of Finance FINSIA or similar discipline
In our PwC Private Deals team your impact will be seen by:
Demonstrate commercial and analytical focus in influencing and advising clients
Identify key value drivers with a focus on understanding businesses and providing financial insights to build confidence for our clients and help them reach their deal objectives.
Drive financial analysis on buy side and sell side due diligence engagements.
Complete prelend reviews for Financiers
Contribute to due diligence accounting for IPOs
Work with and assist our leaders with all facets of transactions and become a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.

The minimum salary for a Senior Associate in this role is AUD 81600.00 including superannuation. Manager/Senior Manager/Director positions will receive a salary range above this in line with the salary bands for these positions.
A candidates final salary will be determined based on the skills and experience that the candidate brings
