Job Description

RManager Branch (Open)

Location:

Hyde Park UT Retail shop

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW

Branch Manager
Hyde Park UT
Monday through Friday workweek daytime hours

  • Evaluate and monitor daytoday activities of the branch to ensure cost effective operations and a safe and productive work environment.

  • Establish and maintain clear and consistent lines of communication with direct reports and internal departments relative to customer successes customer failures new customer developments and other customer specific information

  • Manages all branch personnel in accordance with company policies by hiring training motivating planning and directing work. Provide performance feedback and development opportunities.

  • Accurately complete and submit all salesrelated paperwork (e.g. shippers invoices cylinder audits monthend reports cash reconciliations deposits etc. in a timely manner

  • Participates in the preparation of market and competitor information and annual sales analysis and forecast.

  • Works in accordance with all policies and procedures and rules as prescribed by State Federal and the Company.

Must have:

  • Previous management experience in a customer facing environment

  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and occasionally up to 125 lbs with the aid of material handling equipment

  • Proficient computer skills

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently

  • Ability to work independently

  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)

Preferred:

  • 3years experience in the welding or safety industry

  • 5 years experience in sales with proven success
