Location:
Hyde Park UT Retail shopEvaluate and monitor daytoday activities of the branch to ensure cost effective operations and a safe and productive work environment.
Establish and maintain clear and consistent lines of communication with direct reports and internal departments relative to customer successes customer failures new customer developments and other customer specific information
Manages all branch personnel in accordance with company policies by hiring training motivating planning and directing work. Provide performance feedback and development opportunities.
Accurately complete and submit all salesrelated paperwork (e.g. shippers invoices cylinder audits monthend reports cash reconciliations deposits etc. in a timely manner
Participates in the preparation of market and competitor information and annual sales analysis and forecast.
Works in accordance with all policies and procedures and rules as prescribed by State Federal and the Company.

Must have:
Previous management experience in a customer facing environment
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and occasionally up to 125 lbs with the aid of material handling equipment
Proficient computer skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
Ability to work independently
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Preferred:
3years experience in the welding or safety industry
5 years experience in sales with proven success
