We are looking for a VMS (Vendor Management Services) Recruiter to join us as we build cuttingedge technology solutions! This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering bestinclass service to our customers.
In this role you will be fully immersed in the endtoend process of VMS recruiting playing a critical part in identifying engaging and placing topnotch candidates. Your responsibilities will span the entire recruitment lifecycle within the Vendor Management System contributing to the success of our cuttingedge technology solutions and reinforcing our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of contract recruitment from initial contact to placement.
- Utilize the appropriate VMS (Vendor Management Services) platform(s) to proficiently manage the endtoend recruitment process for our client(s).
- Submit qualified candidates through the VMS system ensuring accuracy and compliance with client specifications.
- Effectively navigate and operate within the VMS space to ensure streamlined candidate submissions approvals and reporting.
- Act as a liaison between clients and candidates ensuring effective communication and satisfaction on both ends.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records documenting all relevant candidate and client interactions.
- Assist in maintaining accurate neat records of recruitment metrics and reports.
- Provide regular updates and insights to direct management on recruitment progress and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Technical Recruiter.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Vendor Management Systems specifically including Microsoft.
- Proven track record in recruiting and placing contract employees with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients candidates and internal teams.
- Strong attention to detail in recordkeeping and documentation.
- Experience in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to navigate challenges within the recruitment process.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams including hiring managers and other recruiters.
- A bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related field is preferred; however equivalent professional experience will be considered.
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including without limitation skill sets education responsibilities experience and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $72100 to $99700 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidates qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
