About Role:Quality Engineering Fall CoOp

At Boston Scientific we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office three days per week.

Develops establishes and maintains quality engineering methodologies systems and practices which meet BSC customer and regulatory as a Quality representative to improve awareness visibility communication on quality initiatives to support departmental functional site divisional and corporate quality goals and focused quality engineering support within new product development operational or system/services support.

Your Opportunity:

As a coop at Boston Scientific you will

  • Lead in the implementation of assurances design and process controls and CAPA systems designed to meet or exceed internal and external requirements.
  • Act as an effective leader or team member in supporting quality disciplines decisions and practices.
  • Apply sound systematic problemsolving methodologies in identifying prioritizing communicating and resolving quality issues.
  • Assure in the development and of streamlined business systems which effectively identify and resolve quality issues.

Your Impact

Examples of meaningful work:

  • Support the of design changes for commercialized products and documentation of associated design verification activities.
  • Evaluate and analyze post market complaint data to identify and escalate signals related to product performance support complaint investigation efforts and identify corrective/preventive activities for continuous improvement.
  • Update and maintain risk management files.

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a BS in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and interpretation tools.
  • BS students must be graduating in December 2025 or May 2026.
  • Must be able to commit to program dates July 7th 2025 December 12th 2025.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future for employmentbased work authorization (F1 students with practical training and candidates requiring H1Bs TNs etc. will not be considered)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Desire to work in fast paced crossfunctional teams to maintain and support qualityengineering methodologies systems and practices that meet BSC customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Interest in obtaining a job within the medical device industry upon graduation preferably an interest in a quality role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $52000 to $58240 plus variable compensation governed by Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual nondiscretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC which can be reviewed at . Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training pertinent education including licensure and certifications and other relevant business or organizational needs.

Among other requirements Boston Scientific maintains specificprohibited substancetest requirements for safetysensitive positions.
