DaytoDay Responsibilities

• Perform payments for: vendors Intercompany and T&E vendor master data updates forecasting perform reconciliations in line with the documented processes bank statements analysis or bank reconciliations for the countries assigned
• Process expense reports on a regular basis using a dedicated software T&E platform
• Respond to specific questions from business stake holders and clarifies situations when necessary
• Build strong professional relationship and excellent collaboration with the local Business Units
• Handle the queries/issues in accordance with Finance policies SOX alignment and with customer service attitude in mind for both internal and external clients
• Respect the monthly/quarterly/annual activity schedule with accuracy and integrity checks
• Actively involved in Finance projects & initiatives related to activity efficiency and quality improvement.

Who Are We Looking For

• Educational background in Economics Accounting or Finance
• Min 2 year experience in a shared service center environment accounting or financial area
• E2E knowledge of PurchasetoPay processes (specially in Treasury Payments) additional exposure
• would be a plus eg. AR GL
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of working in SAP and MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint etc.
• Language capabilities: English (fluent) additional foreign language is a plus
• High motivation and ability to learn
• Comfortable working in crossfunctional teams (matrix environment) rigorous & accurate working
• style
• Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problemsolving environment
• Ability to work independently & collaboratively openminded and proactive attitude
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to deal with difficult sensitive and confidential matters
