Job Overview:
The Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) is seeking experienced customerservice professionals. As a Customer Service Assistant 2 your responsibilitieswill include but are not limited to:
answering calls from providers applicants and recipients
responding to inquiries requests for information and/or complaints that requireknowledge of applicable laws rules policies as they pertain to a given situationand determining appropriate action for resolution
operating a personal computer to research enter update correct deleteor send data retrieve data to verify and/or provide information log and trackcalls and/or other information and compose and/or generate reports andcorrespondence
