Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Salary: Up to 28600
Hours: 40 hours per week all year round
Our client a vibrant and nurturing nursery is seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their energetic team. This role is key to delivering highquality care and education in a safe stimulating and childcentred environment.
The nursery features multiple playrooms and a spacious outdoor learning garden purposefully designed to inspire curiosity creativity and learning through play.
What Were Looking For:
- Level 3 in Early Years (or equivalent)
- Sound knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively within a team
- A genuine passion for early years education
- Uptodate understanding of safeguarding and child protection practices

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and interact with children to support their learning and development
- Plan and deliver creative playbased activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children in your care
- Build and maintain positive relationships with children parents and colleagues
- Observe assess and record childrens progress accurately
- Support the wider team in maintaining a clean welcoming and inspiring environment
