We are looking for a committed and peoplefocused HR Business Partner to join our Production Site in Gniezno. Youll be part of an experienced and supportive group of HR professionals and join our global HR organization People & Organization (P&O).

What Youll Do
As an HR Business Partner youll be a trusted advisor and coach to our leaders and teams. Your key responsibilities will include:
Align HR policies tools and initiatives with the organizations strategic objectives to help achieve them effectively
Act as a reliable and trusted sparring partner for the supported functional area within the PCO
Lead the competence and performance management process to ensure employees are motivated perform at their best and are assessed fairly
Contribute to overall business performance by continuously improving employee satisfaction and engagement (Global Employee Survey GES)
Understand the impact of new ways of working and assess how they can be effectively implemented in the organization
Translate business needs into clear and actionable HR initiatives
Encourage open dialogue around change and actively support change leadership
Understand the organizations mindset work climate and conflict dynamics to promote constructive social dialogue
Proactively advise managers on changes and potential challenges related to labour relations
Ensure that global HR processes tools and systems are implemented and used effectively
Serve as a connector across business units
Take part in regional and global HR projects
What Were Looking For
Temporary contract for 6 months
At least 3 years of experience in a similar HR role (within a manufacturing or production environment)
Experience in interpreting and applying labour law in a workplace setting
A university degree in HR or a related field
Strong relationshipbuilding and communication skills
The ability to coach influence and guide others effectively
Experience working in a matrixed international organization
Strategic thinking and a proactive problemsolving mindset
A collaborative and inclusive approach to teamwork
Fluency in both Polish and English (spoken and written)
