Why Your Role Matters
As an Asset Planning Manager you play a pivotal role in the strategic planning and allocation of campus facilities to foster a vibrant and inclusive campus environment. The position requires a comprehensive understanding of space utilisation and planning concepts to support the universitys education research and social impact objectives.
Working closely with faculties divisions Estate Management and university leadership you will develop and implement strategies that optimise space utilisation and operational efficiencies.
The role works within a team responsible for the faculties of Science Engineering and Medicine & Health; and the Division of Research. The role is for Faculty of Engineering portfolio but you may be assigned to other faculties or divisions or may work across the portfolio; this could change to support priorities and team workload.
This role sits within UNSW Estate Management reports to the Senior Manager Campus Planning and has no direct reports.
