As a Service Delivery Manager of Network Services you will lead the service provider team responsible for delivering highperformance network services. Your role will have a strong operational focus ensuring the continuous and reliable operation of global network services. You will utilize service metrics to monitor performance lead troubleshooting efforts and manage incident and outage responses to maintain optimal network performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a service provider teamto deliver reliable network services. Oversee the service delivery team and network operations center ensuring 24/7 monitoring and management of the network including incident and outage response coordination
Oversee the operational aspects of network services ensuring high availability and performance. Manages day to day network operations including user support network configuration and maintenance
Utilize service metrics to monitor and report on network performance and identify areas for improvement. Leverage develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline network operations
Lead incident troubleshooting efforts for complex network issues and ensure timely resolution. Ensure applicable problem management closure
Manage incident and outage responses coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to restore services swiftly.
Manage & coordinate network changes ensuring appropriate plans outage windows and approvals
Key project solution engineering in alignment with strategy & standards as well as oversight of project & delivery
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for network operations based on strategy and roadmap for service.
Ensure compliance with network security policies and standards.
Collaborate with other IT teams to support the continuous improvement of network services.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 78 years of experience in network operations.
Proven experience leading a team of network professionals.
Strong understanding of network protocols configurations and troubleshooting methods.
Demonstrated ability to manage service metrics and use them to drive operational improvements.
Experience managing incident and outage responses with a track record of swiftly restoring services.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Certifications such as Cisco CCNA CCNP CCIE routing and switching certifications preferred. Experience with wireless LAN technology and security infrastructure also a plus.

BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes siteessential sitebydesign fieldbased and remotebydesign jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:
Siteessential roles require 100 of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Sitebydesign roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50 onsite at your assigned facility.
