We are seeking an experienced and bilingual (SpanishEnglish) Human Resources Manager who thrives in a fastpaced handson environment. This role will oversee all HR functions including recruitment employee relations performance management compliance and organizational development.
- Lead and manage daytoday HR operations
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HRrelated matters
- Manage recruitment onboarding and retention strategies
- Ensure compliance with federal state and local employment laws
- Foster a positive work environment and promote company culture
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR metrics
- Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary actions with professionalism and consistency
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- SHRMCP or SHRMSCP certification (preferred if no HR degree)
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- Minimum of 35 years of progressive HR experience preferably in a Construction or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication problemsolving and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
