We are looking for a IT Project Coordinator to join our Information Technology team to help us pioneer a new culture of dentistry. Join our Tribe!

Responsibilities

Summary:

As an IT Project Coordinator you will be responsible for assisting with the direction coordination implementation and completion of specific projects to ensure congruency with company strategy commitments and goals. The IT Project Coordinator must have experience managing projects from kickoff to golive along with M&A expertise while delivering a sustainable integrations model. This role will also be responsible for leading and implementing new networking projects throughout the organization.

Essential Duties:

  • Deliver integration structure and scale in a highgrowth M&A environment.
  • Build extensive process maps and plans to ensure methodical sustainability.
  • Establish strong partnerships with crossfunctional team members for the successful delivery of projects.
  • Manage thirdparty vendors during pre and postproject transitions to drive effective milestone dates.
  • Conduct effective vendor evaluations and risk assessments for both existing and prospective vendors.
  • Ensure project activities and results are specifically assigned and agreed upon.
  • Meet project objectives by providing systems that operate costeffectively while maintaining set milestone dates.
  • Minimize disruption of production systems through good coordination and effective project output integration with existing systems.
  • Provide technical and analytical guidance to project team members to enhance their scope and capabilities.
  • Keep all business parties informed of project progress and problems particularly regarding needed changes in schedule resources or product.
  • Escalate and provide options for all issues beyond scope and/or authority.
  • Respond to problems in a timely and effective manner.
  • Meet with business partners at all levels to gather project requirements.
  • Develop and review functional and technical specification documents.
  • Develop and review detailed test plans for system and user acceptance testing when needed.
  • Ensures adherence to all NADG change management policies procedures related to implementation of changes or enhancement to production.
  • Ensures applications are effectively turned over to IT operations/IT Service Desk with necessary documentation to operate all systems including schedules job descriptions and data flow charts
  • Establishes and tracks all requests for system enhancements and reports on project status
  • Provides off hours support of critical production applications as necessary

  • Adaptability the individual adapts to changes in the work environment manages competing demands and can deal with frequent change delays or unexpected events

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five 2 years relevant work experience
  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • The role requires the candidate to be hands on in various phases of the project life cycle
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Works effectively under pressure can manage multiple priorities simultaneously and can work without direct supervision
