We are seeking a driven and resourcefulRecruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Pottstown PA Houston TX or Midvale UT. In this role you will conduct fullcycle recruiting focusing on industrial and skilled labor positions including CDL drivers heavy equipment operators maintenance technicians and warehouse personnel. The ideal candidate will have experience in highvolume bluecollar recruiting and a strong understanding of the industrial workforce.

What you will be doing
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process for industrial roles from intake to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop customized recruiting strategies
- Source active and passive candidates through job boards social media referral programs and local outreach
- Conduct phone screens schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communication throughout the process
- Ensure a positive and timely candidate experience while maintaining communication and transparency
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking and pipeline activity in Dayforce (our Applicant Tracking System)
- Attend job fairs community events and partner with local workforce centers or vocational programs to drive outreach
- Ensure compliance with federal state and company hiring policies including DOT regulations when applicable
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the recruiting function
What we need from you
- Strong sourcing networking and relationshipbuilding abilities
- Excellent communication organizational and timemanagement skills
- Friendly professional communication (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a fastpaced environment
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required
Education/Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience accepted
- 2 years of recruiting experience preferably within industrial logistics construction or manufacturing environments
- PHR or SHRMCP is a plus
- Familiarity with DOTregulated hiring and safetysensitive positions is a plus
Here are some of the physical Requirements
- Work is sedentary in a field office environment
- Hybrid with intent to move to 100 in office
- Some overnight travel may be required
- 1015 travel
