Our team members primarily work remotely and out of physical offices across Oregon and Washington. We are looking for a Business Services Coachto join our Craft3 team in the WA or OR Area.
What we offer
As a Business Services Coach youll be responsible for responsible for delivery of culturally competent small business coaching and lead workshops to highmission clients to address barriers of accessing capital to grow their businesses. Target borrowers include small and medium for profit and nonprofit businesses particularly those owned by people of color women veterans LGBTQ and immigrants who are unable to qualify for loans from traditional financial institutions. The Business Services Coach instills knowledge and confidence in those we serve so they can experience financial dignity.
The salary range for this position is $75000 $85000 and is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual pay will depend on experience. This position is FLSA status exempt. We offer hybrid work flexibility and employees have access to physical offices in Seattle and Spokane Washington and Portland and Astoria Oregon. Employees may take advantage of flex/alternative work schedules.
