Job Description
Design develop and/or test electronic components and systems including engineering and designing chip layout circuits circuit checking documenting specifications and modifying and evaluating semiconductor devices and components. Contribute to technical projects within the areas of testing methods device specification and yield problems. Perform redesign of devices components or integrated circuitry for hardware and other systems. Review product requirements and logic diagrams for device definition. Ensure compliance with design specifications codes and stated requirements. Operate computerassisted engineering software tools and configure the same to perform design engineering tasks and implement test programs and procedures. Confer with customers and other departments on design status processing testing and technical issues and failure analysis. Monitor production of products and devices to ensure conformance to design specifications. Work with Senior level DFT Engineers to design develop MBIST and perform scan/edt insertion as well as pattern generation for various mixedsignals Chips. In charge of designing customized DFT module for ATE FWDL and develop the verification plan for DFT modules. Responsible for MBIST flow implementation/automation Scan/EDT insertion and ATPG with Mentor tools verification of DFT Logic and analysis of fault coverage and timing analysis for DFT Modes.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Electrical Engineering Electronics Engineering Computer Engineering foreign equivalent or closely related field.
Required skills:
Position requires knowledge gained from universitylevel course research project internship or thesis in the following specific skills:
- Computer Systems Organization
- VLSI Circuit and System Design
- Digital System Design
- Diagnosis and Design of Reliable Digital System
- Verilog and System Verilog
- Candence Virtuose
- VHDL
- Logic synthesis simulation and verification and
- Programming Language such as Python C/C.
Offered wage: $151091 per year.
The base salary range for this position is as mentioned below per year. We also provide competitive benefits incentive compensation and/or equity for certain roles.

Please note that the base salary range (OR hourly rate) is a guideline and individual total compensation may vary based on a number of factors such as qualifications skill level work location and other business and organizational needs.
