Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
As a Master Scheduler at KLA you will play a crucial role in aligning our production schedules with factory capacity material availability and customer expectations. You will collaborate with various departments including Manufacturing Supply Chain Finance Sales & Marketing and Engineering to optimize our production efficiency and reliability. Your strategic planning activities will support our business growth and ensure we meet our financial goals.
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Proactively plan the master production schedule to align with factory capacity material availability customer expectations and financial goals.
- Develop and manage the master production schedule.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to optimize slot plan efficiency.
- Ensure production schedules align with factory capacity and material availability.
- Provide strategic proposals to Manufacturing Operations executives.
- Partner with Manufacturing Supply Chain Finance Sales & Marketing and Engineering to optimize slot plan efficiency and reliability. Understand constraints and limitations and constantly provide strategic proposals to Manufacturing Operations executives.
- Demonstrate outstanding presentation skills as this role requires leading weekly GM meetings and Operations meetings to monitor production status and strategize for success.
- Lead crossfunctional collaboration to ensure longterm business success.
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration Business Operations Supply Chain or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in Master Scheduling Manufacturing Operations Finance or relevant experience in Supply Chain.
- Handson knowledge of SAP and Power BI.
- Proficiency in analytical and reporting tools (MS Excel Tableau).
- Team player with a positive attitude strong sense of ownership and analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill large amounts of data into coherent summarized written and oral presentations with appropriate context.
- Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with peers and crossfunctional teams multitask and drive actions to completion under deadlines.
- Able to work under limited supervision; previous coaching experience is preferred.
