Job Description

Description

We are looking for a datadriven and consumeroriented Product Management Specialist to drive user engagement and growth across our portfolio of smart home apps and services. This role sits at the intersection of smart home and IoT product marketing and datafocusing on turning user insights into compelling experiences that increase engagement retention and customer lifetime value.

Youll work closely with crossfunctional teams including engineering marketing design customer support and analytics to optimize the customer journey. From inapp messaging and activation tactics to feature prioritization and demand response enrollment youll help shape a seamless and personalized user experience that delivers value and drives business outcomes.

Job Duties

  • Partner with Senior Product Managers to define and prioritize growth and engagementfocused product features
  • Leverage data platforms (like Amplitude) to understand user behavior and identify friction points in the customer journey
  • Design and execute A/B tests and inapp experiments to continuously optimize engagement and retention
  • Translate insights from user behavior marketing analytics and customer feedback into actionable product improvements
  • Collaborate with channel marketing category engineering sales and finance to execute initiatives that span the full customer lifecycle
  • Work across legacy and current mobile apps to drive cohesive and connected app experiences
  • Contribute to personalized user journeys using lifecycle marketing tools and strategies
  • Help scale our demand response program through innovative inapp messaging and activation techniques
  • Support creation and of tactical product roadmaps focused on growth metrics like monthly active users churn and feature adoption

You Must Have

  • 2 years of experience in Product Management Marketing Engineering or related field
  • Demonstrated experience managing or improving customer journeys especially in B2C environments
  • Curiosity energy and a growth mindset with a desire to iterate and optimize based on performance data
  • Ability to travel up to 20 of the time
