Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter or hiring specialist.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employment legislation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruiting software.
- Ability to handle multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in assessing applicants skills and qualifications.
