Overview
The Oracle MDM 1 Oracle WEM 1 and Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management role plays a pivotal role in organizations that utilize Oracles suite of solutions to enhance their operational efficiency and asset management capabilities. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for Oracle MDM Oracle WEM and Utilities Work and Asset Management.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements related to master data.
- Perform data cleansing and standardization to improve data quality.
- Design and maintain MDM processes workflows and governance policies.
- Monitor and analyze master data to identify and resolve discrepancies and issues.
- Support data integration initiatives between different systems.
- Conduct training sessions for endusers on best practices in data management.
- Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve systemrelated issues.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to MDM and WEM processes.
- Evaluate and improve existing MDM practices to align with industry standards.
- Assist in data migration projects and ensure data integrity during transitions.
- Generate reports on data quality metrics and recommend necessary improvements.
- Engage with stakeholders to prioritize data management projects and initiatives.
- Stay updated on Oracle software updates and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Facilitate communication between technical and nontechnical teams to ensure data is effectively utilized.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience in Oracle MDM and Oracle WEM implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management systems.
- Minimum of 35 years of relevant experience in data management.
- Experience in database management and ETL tools.
- Solid understanding of data governance frameworks and best practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis and analytics tools.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong project management skills and familiarity with Agile methodology.
- Experience with training and facilitating workshops.
- Understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements related to data management.
- Technical certification in Oracle MDM or related areas is preferred.
- Experience with software development lifecycle and project delivery.
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling is a plus.
