Key Responsibilities:
Manage office operations including appointment scheduling billing and patient record maintenance.
Supervise and train administrative staff fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
Coordinate patient appointments and facilitate communication between patients and providers.
Handle billing and insurance claims working with insurance companies as needed.
Prepare reports for management and assist in budgeting and financial management.
Implement policies and procedures to enhance office efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Healthcare Administration Business Management or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 experience in office management preferably in a healthcare or mental health setting.
Strong organizational multitasking and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in office software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Knowledge of mental health services and regulations is a plus.
