Youll create individual plans connect participants with helpful community resources and work across all age groups. Its based on recovery-oriented principles and brings expert knowledge in psychosocial support.
Were looking for a compassionate and experienced Mental Health Support Worker who is passionate about person-centered care and recovery. If you thrive in collaborative environments work confidently with diverse teams and tailor support plans to suit each individuals journeythis role is for you.
As part of our team youll provide both one-on-one and group support while staying connected with families carers and other services to ensure seamless care. Your strong understanding of mental health recovery and your experience within the NDIS framework will allow you to help participants reach their goals through practical personalised strategies that align with their plans.
