Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative detailoriented and customerfocused Travel Designer to join our growing team. In this role you will work directly with clients to design plan and book customized travel itineraries. Whether it s a romantic escape to the Caribbean a family adventure to Disney or a luxury cruise across the Mediterranean you will be the visionary who turns dreams into reality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences needs and budgets.

  • Design personalized itineraries including accommodation flights excursions transportation and travel insurance.

  • Research and recommend destinations experiences and exclusive deals.

  • Manage bookings modifications and client communications with professionalism and accuracy.

  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of travel trends destinations and supplier offerings.

  • Develop strong relationships with vendors resorts and tour operators.

  • Stay informed on current travel advisories regulations and health requirements.

  • Contribute to blog content social media ideas or promotional campaigns as needed.



Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a travel advisor planner or similar role preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client itineraries at once.

  • Passion for travel and creating extraordinary client experiences.

  • Familiarity with booking platforms (e.g. VAX Amadeus Sabre) is a plus.

  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.



Key Responsibilities: Plan All-Inclusive Travel Packages: Work with clients to create personalized vacation packages, ensuring all accommodations, meals, and activities are included for a seamless travel experience. Client Consultation: Conduct consultations to understand client preferences, including budget, travel dates, destination choices, and special requests. Destination Expertise: Stay up-to-date on all-inclusive resorts and packages in top destinations within the U.S. (e.g., Hawaii, Florida) and the Caribbean (e.g., Jamaica, the Dominican Republic, the Bahamas). Booking Management: Handle all aspects of the booking process, including flights, accommodations, dining packages, transportation, and excursions. Provide Expert Guidance: Offer recommendations on resorts, family-friendly options, romantic getaways, or luxury accommodations to match client needs. Problem-Solving: Address client concerns and resolve any travel-related issues promptly and professionally. Vendor Collaboration: Work closely with resort representatives and other travel partners to secure competitive rates and ensure a smooth booking process. Follow-Up: Provide clients with pre-departure details, trip reminders, and support during their travels. Qualifications: Experience in Travel Planning: Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a travel planner, travel agent, or related role (specialization in all-inclusive travel is a plus). Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships. Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent time management to coordinate multiple bookings simultaneously. Tech Savvy: Proficient with booking platforms, reservation systems, and other travel tools. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and vendors. Destination Knowledge: Familiarity with popular all-inclusive destinations and resorts in the U.S. and Caribbean. Sales Skills: Comfortable discussing packages and upselling additional travel options like excursions or upgrades.
