Job Description
Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a Food & Beverage Manager for a worldrenowned luxury resort in the Maldives. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic servicedriven professional to join a leading international hospitality brand and elevate the guest dining experience in a breathtaking island setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all Food & Beverage operations across multiple outlets
Maintain exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction levels
Lead and motivate a multicultural team to deliver toptier hospitality
Develop and implement strategies to enhance F&B offerings and profitability
Collaborate with Executive Chef and other department heads to ensure seamless coordination
Monitor inventory budgets and cost controls to optimize efficiency
Drive staff training and development initiatives
Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene standards
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar F&B management role within luxury resorts or hotels
Strong leadership organizational and interpersonal skills
International exposure and ability to work in a multicultural environment
Excellent guest engagement and problemsolving skills
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Must be handson adaptable and resultsdriven
Package Includes:
Salary: USD 3500 per month
Accommodation: Single livein accommodation provided
Meals: Two meals daily in restaurant and one meal in cafeteria with nonalcoholic beverages
Monthly F&B Allowance: USD 500 (noncashable)
R&R Allowance: Two return air tickets per year (up to USD 500 each noncashable)
Medical Insurance: Limited free coverage
Housekeeping Services: Daily room cleaning provided
Laundry Services: Free laundry service
Annual Leave Ticket: One return economy class ticket to home origin airport annually
