Job Description
- Primarily lead endtoend software product development and AI/ML/data science projects.
- Define and manage project scope goals timelines and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders including data scientists engineers and product teams.
- Serve as a Scrum Master facilitating all agile ceremonies: sprint planning daily standups sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Mentor and coach crossfunctional teams on agile principles and practices fostering a culture of agility and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with data science and AI/ML teams to manage research cycles model development validation and production deployment activities.
- Drive alignment between business objectives and project outcomes ensuring clear and effective communication across technical and nontechnical teams.
- Leverage JIRA for project planning tracking and reporting across diverse workstreams.
- Ensure optimal resource allocation balancing priorities across software engineering and AI/data science teams.
- Monitor and control project budgets timelines risks and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
- Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies particularly around complex data and AIdriven initiatives.
- Promote delivery excellence through process optimization and stakeholder engagement
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Data Science or a related field.
- 10 years of project management experience with a proven track record in software product and AI/ML/data science project delivery.
- Experience working on strategic technology initiatives under a CTO office or similar leadership function.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and demonstrated ability to mentor teams in agile practices.
- Handson experience managing AI/ML and data science workflows including coordination of model development training testing and deployment.
- Expertise in JIRA for project tracking sprint planning and reporting.
- PMP certification is highly preferred.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) PMIACP or equivalent agile certification.
- Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to thrive in a fastpaced innovationdriven environment with evolving priorities.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in NodeJS, ReactJS, Postgres SQL, and Azure Cloud. Proficiency in NodeJS and ReactJS. Strong knowledge of Postgres SQL for database management. Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services and tools. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Secondary/Good-to-Have Skills: Knowledge of Python for backend development and scripting. Familiarity with Cosmos DB for NoSQL database solutions. Experience with OpenAI APIs and related AI/ML tools and frameworks. Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in software development with a focus on NodeJS and ReactJS. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A passion for learning and staying updated with the latest technologies.
