Job Description
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an Assistant Spa Manager to join a leading luxury wine estate in Cape Town. This position is ideal for a motivated and experienced spa professional who thrives in delivering highend guest experiences and supporting the daily operations of a worldclass spa facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Spa Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the spa
Maintain the highest standards of service and guest experience
Support and motivate the spa team to meet service and revenue targets
Handle guest inquiries bookings and complaints professionally
Monitor inventory and manage stock levels of spa products and supplies
Ensure adherence to health safety and hygiene standards
Perform treatments as needed depending on qualifications and bookings
Assist in training development and scheduling of spa staff
Participate in marketing initiatives and promotions
Requirements:
Proven experience in a spa or wellness environment preferably in a leadership or supervisory role
Relevant qualifications in beauty therapy or wellness (e.g. CIDESCO ITEC or equivalent)
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities
High attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction
Proficient in spa software and Microsoft Office
Flexible with working hours including weekends and public holidays
Professional presentation and demeanor
