What you will be doing: Senior Project Manager Commercial Construction
- Lead vertical construction projects
- Participate in large projects such as midrise highrise data centers or distribution centers
- Organize project teams to accomplish project goals
- Negotiate and manage contracts on behalf of the company
Experience you will need: Senior Project Manager Commercial Construction
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detailoriented
- Strong working knowledge of programs such as BIM Primavera Excel Word and MS Project
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record in managing project teams
- Effective negotiation and contract management skills
- Wellrounded knowledge in construction disciplines
- 10 years of previous commercial construction management experience required
- Medium to large project experience $20M) required
- Bachelors Degree in Construction Management Engineering or other related fields
