Job Description

- Oversee fullcycle civil engineering work for land development projects including grading drainage utilities and site layouts
- Guide permitting processes and lead coordination with regulatory agencies
- Manage project schedules budgets risks and deliverables from planning to construction
- Conduct hydrologic and site assessments and prepare reports and engineering documents
- Collaborate with architects surveyors planners and contractors to ensure smooth
- Represent the company with clients and help grow existing accounts
- Provide constructionphase support and review contractor submittals
- Mentor and lead junior engineers and design staff
- 7–10 years of experience in land development engineering (California experience strongly preferred)
- PE license in California (or ability to obtain in a reasonable timeframe)
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Strong understanding of local building codes regulations and hydrologic modeling
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and relevant design tools (e.g. HydroCAD)
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for technical and clientfacing work
- Ability to manage multiple projects and lead crossdisciplinary teams
- Valid CA driver’s license
