Work Mode #WFO (Mandatory All 5 days Monday Friday)
The candidate must have PQE of at least 18 years with transactional commercial contracts agreements & negotiation work experience preferably from a law firm or from other corporate organizations (ITITES / Technology / Airline / Oil & Gas Industry/ Power & Infrastructure / Consulting/ M&A Private Equity ideally).
The Individual will be responsible for drafting reviewing and negotiating a broad range of contracts including relating to airline partnerships Engineering Digital IT Commercial HR Marketing Loyalty Marketing Venture M&A's etc.
