The Regional Assistant Digital Manager will work in Travel Retail APAC Regional Marketing team to develop and execute digital initiatives within eTravel Retail (eretail etrade social and paid media KOL marketing digital projects) across the region whilst ensuring brand image excellence.
You will guide the TR markets to maximize marketing and trade plans with a 360 digital approach while also being responsible for scalable efficiency in rollout of clear guidelines localized content creation follow through and meticulous reporting of digital performance for optimization.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
ERETAIL & DIGITAL CONTENT
Be the digital brand guardian to ensure all markets respect institutional guidelines for Dior ecorners and all digital content
Develop the digital component of launch event packs providing markets with a plan asset menu and digital support resources.
Plan and execute emerchandizing calendar aligning with Category VM and market teams on star launches and oncounter animations
Prepare changeover briefs and content adaptations (banners pack shots landing pages social media Wechat articles) according to retailers varying specifications and work with market teams or eretailers to refresh ecorner assets monthly for timely and perfect online
Manage online product listings and delistings per marketing calendar and maintain a regional Masterfile with new product information containing all eretailerrelevant languages or translations
Support in ERetail assessments and work closely with Central Eretail team and market teams on of any approved ecorner upgrades openings or closings
Improve overall eretail and digital content workflow and processes
ETRADE AMPLIFICATION FOR KEY TRAVEL SEASONS & MEGA EVENTS
Collaborate with market and Trade teams retailers and external agencies to develop execute and optimize creative and impactful KOL and paid media campaigns
Leading all necessary validations needed with Central teams
Prepare briefing kits for KOL campaigns and lead market and/or Training teams for KOL event flow and onsite support to ensure perfect
Manage media content preparation and incampaign optimizations with media agency
Manage retro planning and endtoend of campaigns from launch to KPI tracking
Prepare postcampaign reports with key learnings for future optimizations
AIRPORT OOH MEDIA
Manage orders for airport OOH media assets with market specificities and work closely with Central Media Traffic team markets and external agency to ensure accurate and timely golive across the region in accordance with airport media calendar
Collect and check the photos / on air reports for consolidated reporting
OTHER TASKS
Report on best practices trends and activities within TR digital landscape including but not limited to digital marketing SEM paid media social media and omnichannel
Assist the Digital Manager in the budget planning and business review presentations
Support in driving the digital spirit across markets
Qualifications :
WHO YOU ARE
University Degree Holder
Min. 4 years of experience in Marketing Communications or Digital functions. Experience in luxury or beauty industry is a plus.
Excellent written and spoken English fluent in written Mandarin Chinese
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to details and precision
Good ability to understand and manage complexity in a fastpaced matrixed environment
Proactive able to think critically propose solutions for problems
Strong team spirit sense of collaboration flexibility and positive energy with cando mentality
Strong Microsoft Office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
