Job Description

About the role

In this role you will help to develop and maintain the Enterprise Change Management Framework including templates processes and RACI to drive consistent change management activities across the Enterprise. You will provide guidance and support to ensure the business is ready and equipped with the right tools (including impacts assessments) to successfully implement change.

You will also develop and maintain a single view of change across the Enterprise Portfolio identifying opportunities to reduce or minimise change fatigue through integrated change activities.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop implement and maintain an Enterprise Change Management Framework that aligns and is embedded within the Endeavour Energy Project Lifecycle Framework
  • Build and maintain a Portfolio view of change based on situational awareness of the details of the change and impacted groups including identification of potential organisational risks and anticipated points of resistance internally and externally and the assurance of specific change plans to mitigate or address the concerns
  • Facilitate and assure a set of actionable and targeted change management plans to support the needs of the program or project including communication plan sponsor roadmap coaching plan training plan and resistance management plan and assure that the change success indicators are met throughout each phase of the program.
  • Work with program and project leads to integrate change management within program and / or project toensure efficient and effective delivery of change in line with the current and emerging needs of theProgram or project.
  • Manage the impact of change management activities at the Portfolio level monitoring and assessing opportunities for change to be delivered at a Portfolio level reducing change fatigue on the organisation.
  • Lead and support effective change management strategies and processes including the development of change management and communication plans and adopt collaborative processes that minimise resistance maximise employee engagement and deliver high performance outcomes.

Qualifications Certifications and Licences

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Management or Human Resource Management
  • Qualifications / accreditation in change management (e.g. PROSCI Grad Cert in Change Management)
  • Cert IV in Project Management (Or Equivalent)

Skills and Experience

  • 5 years experience in a Senior Change Management role with welldeveloped implementation experience.
  • Experience leading and coordinating significant change programs of work in a large matrix structured and customerfocused business environment
