Director Product Management
Deepwatch is hiring a Director of Product Management to lead the strategy and innovation behind our cybersecurity platform offerings. This is a highimpact leadership role responsible for guiding a team of product managers in delivering exceptional customerfocused products that drive growth and deepen engagement.
Reporting to the Chief Product Officer youll be instrumental in shaping the future of Deepwatchs MDR offerings translating our business vision into a clear actionable product roadmap and driving endtoend . Youll work closely with crossfunctional leaders in Engineering Cyber Operations Sales Marketing and Customer Success to ensure our products solve real problems deliver tangible value and are built with excellence.
Were looking for a product leader who not only understands the cybersecurity domain but also has a strong platform mindset someone who can identify opportunities validate solutions through customer input and iterate quickly to deliver compelling user experiences. Youll bring a passion for crafting innovative scalable and intuitive products and a track record of launching successful solutions in a complex B2B environment.
In this role youll get to:
- Drive roadmap and : Translate product strategy into an actionable roadmap align it with business goals and partner with Engineering to deliver highimpact products.
- Champion customer value: Advocate for customer needs prioritize great design and build solutions that deliver real outcomes.
- Bridge product and operations: Work closely with Cyber Operations to ensure our offerings align with the realities of 24/7 threat detection incident response and customer SLAs.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally: Work with Sales Marketing and Customer Success on gotomarket efforts pricing/packaging and product enablement.
- Influence and evangelize: Build strong business cases for investment represent Deepwatch at key industry events and help shape our product culture and strategy.
- Lead and inspire: Manage mentor and grow a highperforming team of product managers while modeling Deepwatchs Core Values and Leadership Attributes.
- Think like a customers CISO: Build products that not only perform but also instill confidence in our customers by aligning with their security goals KPIs and compliance needs.
To be successful in this role youll need:
- 7 years of product management experience with a track record of delivering successful B2B software products
- Deep familiarity with the cybersecurity industry and understanding of key SOC workflows and tools such as SIEM SOAR threat intelligence platforms
- Excellent collaboration and influence skills with the ability to align stakeholders across functions and levelsinternally and externally
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
- Experience building and leading highperforming product teams with a focus on coaching growth and collaboration
- A strong crossfunctional mindset with demonstrated success partnering with cross functional stakeholders
- Experience building products for security operations teams ideally in MDR MSSP or SOC environments would be highly desired
The anticipated salary range for this role is $187700 to $239400 bonus stock options benefits. Actual compensation may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location work experience education and/or skill level.
