Job Description
TheServiceExcellence(SE)organizationis responsible forthecare and support for all large business customers from Public and Private sectors up to global enterprise and Enablement team is looking for a seasoned project manager to leadtheexecution projects from our key strategic programs that will enable Business Solutions to better serve our business customers. We are looking for an exceptional individual with strong project management business consulting & collaboration skills who can work in a complex environment that includes external partners sales technical gotomarket and operations teams.
You will be accountable for developingtheproject plans to drive transformation and coordinatingthedelivery of projects that have both significant business value and potential operational risk. You will also work with an extended team to monitor cost evaluate schedule and allocate resources. To be successful you need to combine project management techniques with pragmatic solutions to balance competing objectives in a large complex business environment.
Responsibilities
Relationship Management
You will be accountable for developingtheproject plans to drive transformation and coordinatingthedelivery of projects that have both significant business value and potential operational risk. You will also work with an extended team to monitor cost evaluate schedule and allocate resources. To be successful you need to combine project management techniques with pragmatic solutions to balance competing objectives in a large complex business environment.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for evaluating planning and implementing strategic projects ensuring critical deliverables are met; employ effective project and change management methodologies in managing risks and change
- Leadtheteam to define objectives and secure appropriate resources; develop schedules to ensure timely completion of key strategic crossfunctional projects
- Ensure control of projects/work streams: dealing with conflicting priorities issues risks dependencies and change
- Balancethedemands of concurrent projects while maintaining a high level of diplomacy
- Manage project actions and escalate issues to senior management when appropriate
Relationship Management
- Communicate and championtheobjective and value oftheprojects tothestakeholder base
- Apply exceptional leadership skills in managing expectations mitigating risk and removing roadblocks
- Report project and health on a regular basis
- Direct and provide guidance and ongoing support to team members throughout all critical project phases including regular feedback and coaching; delegate specific objectives to team members
