Job Summary:
The Estate Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of a property ensuring that all aspects of the estate including buildings grounds and infrastructure are wellmaintained. The role requires strong leadership organizational skills and the ability to coordinate maintenance landscaping and security efforts while providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Property Maintenance:
Oversee daily operations to ensure the estate is wellmaintained including building repairs landscaping and grounds keeping.
Ensure the cleanliness and safety of all areas within the estate.
2. Team Management:
Supervise staff including gardeners cleaners maintenance personnel and security teams.
Delegate tasks and manage schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and staff time.
3. Vendor Coordination:
Manage relationships with external vendors for services like cleaning gardening pest control and repairs.
Oversee service contracts and ensure work is completed to a high standard.
4. Inventory & Supplies:
Maintain an inventory of equipment tools and supplies needed for estate management.
Ensure that necessary repairs and supplies are ordered in a timely manner.
5. Budget Management:
Monitor and manage the estate s maintenance and operational budgets.
Track expenditures and propose costeffective solutions for upkeep.
6. Security & Safety:
Oversee security protocols to ensure the safety of residents staff and property.
Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify potential safety hazards and mitigate them.
7. Event Coordination:
If applicable assist with the coordination of events held on the estate such as meetings gatherings or parties ensuring proper setup and decor.
8. Report Generation:
Prepare regular reports on the status of maintenance and property needs for the estate owner or management team.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in property or estate management.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Knowledge of building maintenance landscaping and general property upkeep.
Good organizational and time management skills.
