THE ROLE
We are looking for an Innovative and passionate Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist to join our HR team and support Rounds ongoing growth. You will have to be a people person with strong passion for recruitment and amazing interpersonal skills.
DAILY TASKS:
- Manage Global hiring processes from the initial stage of profile definition through sourcing in all different media screening CV s conducting in person interviews and analytics.
- Sourcing candidates directly through internal industry networking direct headhunting and various online recruiter tools.
- Improve recruitment channels by using innovative sourcing techniques.
- Build hiring strategy for each new position focusing on hiring to scale using diverse and creative techniques to attract the best potential talents.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to build and facilitate the best hiring process.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure an excellent experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support & assist with HR operations process and projects including engagements activities welfare & wellbeing plans.
Requirements :
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal EnglishMust
- 3 years of experience as a sourcing specialist working with candidates from various geographies.
- Experience in global recruitmentMust.
- Ability to handle several positions at the same time.
- Willingness to take part in other HR Admin & wellbeing projects.
- People person team player with a can do approach.
- Independent self monitored with good multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Experience with Hi Bob and Comeet Big advantage.

- HR phone interview 15 min.
- HR interview: 45 min.
- Home assignment.
- Final interview with the VP HR60 min.
- Final interview with the CTO30 min.
