Hiring for Heavy Machinery Manufacturing Industry forPurchase Engineer profile
Education: BE Electrical/E&tc
Experience: Min 5 years experiencewith CNC VMC Electrical/Electronics Child Parts
Salary: No Bar for suitable candidates
Roles &Responsibilities:
- Raising purchase orders monthly to procure the material for production (Raw Materials Child parts & Packing materials) machinery & Tooling spares
- Negotiating with the suppliers on leadtime cost and quality so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.
- Solving the issues if any in material with vendors
- Finding new Vendors as per the requirements
- Analysing the vendors in order to select the most suitable vendors who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing.
Vendor Management:
- Developing an alternate supplier base to leverage better pricing and quality.
- On boarding vendors in the organization through vendor registration.
- Receiving supplier issues within timelines
- Coordination with the finance team in getting the payment done for the respective vendors
Inventory Control :
- Receiving and analysing weekly reports from the stores on position of stocks
- Getting the faulty CNC SPARES LIMIT SWITCH SMPS RPS repaired from concerned manufacturers
Procurement responsibilities :
- Switch gears : SIEMENS ABB L & T SCHNEIDER
- Limit switch : TEKNIC EUCHNER PVT LTD SIEMENS
- CNC Spares : SIEMENS 840D840 DSL 828D CONTROLLERS)
- Drives : SIEMENS L& T ABB
- Linear scales : GEFRAN BALLUFF
- Sensors : BALLUFF
- Machine lamps pin plug connectors communication devices
Location: Hyderabad
