Job Description

About the Role:
As a Senior Field Sales Manager you will elevate your role in driving our business success by representing our products and services with deeper customer understanding. You will have more autonomy in setting and negotiating terms and take a proactive approach to meeting sales targets within your designated territory.

KAM Skills

Generating new and managing renewal business from the Pharma market in India with primary focus in assigned territory (R&D Clinical Operations Marketing Buying Centers)

Create and execute on strategic account plans to develop a healthy pipeline and deliver maximum revenue potential

Develop solid strategic relationships with key decision makers at targeted accounts

Conduct compelling product demonstrations that highlight the value of the solutions offer to the customer by addressing their specific pain points (via live presentation or online meeting tools)

Managing all stages of sales from prospecting targeting accounts following up on leads making initial contact through to closing the sale.

Quote & negotiate prices manage objections prepare proposals obtain appropriate approvals and provide information to customers regarding terms of sales.

Important KRAs

Provide support on solution offerings delivered to customers in a timely manner

Seek support from marketing teams to drive the right campaigns to support partners

Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead followup outbound cold calls.

Strong curiosity to enable selflearning on content and products available at WK

Maintain accurate and complete records in the CRM (SalesForce) system in a timely Manner Manage and develop sales pipeline prepare and submit accurate and timely forecasts to ensure achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets.

Continually stay on top of Market trends competitors and sales approaches

Requirements:

A minimum of 7 years of work experience 9 years would be preferred

Excellent consultative sales skills with a proven track record of success in the healthcare / digital / software solution sales domain

Proven enterprise sales experience of selling complex services / solutions to Clevel stakeholders.

Knowledge of the Pharma market or experience in selling IT solutions to Pharma is desirable

Bachelors degree a must Masters preferred or equal experience

Excellent presentation skills including the ability to effectively demonstrate digital products live and via online meeting tools

Excellent technical skills including proficiency utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Exceptional communication skills.

Relentless work ethic and a desire to learn a new skills develop additional expertise

Ability to work in a fast paced rapidly changing environment

Solutionoriented outlook.

Flexible to travel to customer locations 70 time is traveling in Mumbai and other metros.



Has understanding of business financials products/ services the market or account needs

Manages moderately complex or medium sized territory/ account products/services sales or account management processes
Is beginning to plan own territory or account approach and monitor resources
