The KCbased firm is seeking aLitigation Paralegalwith 2 years of law firm experience to support a distinguished team of trial attorneys. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing case documentation coordinating discovery and assisting with trial preparation in a fastpaced highstakes environment dedicated to achieving complete client vindication.
Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities
- Review and draft routine legal documents
- Create and maintain case files
- Facilitate the meeting of attorneys deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders
- Conduct legal research
Litigation Paralegal Requirements
- 2 years experience as a Litigation Paralegal preferablymedical malpracticeorinsurance defense.
- Bachelors degree or Paralegal certificate
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in legal research tools Microsoft Office suite and case management software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
- A demonstrated commitment to providing highquality legal support in a fastpaced litigation environment.
