Job Description
Our client a top-ranked Am Law 100 firm is seeking junior and mid-level associates to join its nationally recognized patent litigation practice across multiple offices including New York San Francisco Santa Monica Silicon Valley Seattle and Washington DC.
Ideal candidates will have:
1 to 6 years of patent litigation experience
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent written oral and interpersonal communication skills
- A background in high tech or life sciences (preferred but not required)
- A member of the bar in the state they are based or able to waive in
This team represents a broad range of clients from emerging startups to global leaders in patent disputes in federal courts and post-grant proceedings before the USPTO.
