Job Description

Our client a top-ranked Am Law 100 firm is seeking junior and mid-level associates to join its nationally recognized patent litigation practice across multiple offices including New York San Francisco Santa Monica Silicon Valley Seattle and Washington DC.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • 1 to 6 years of patent litigation experience

  • Strong academic credentials
  • Excellent written oral and interpersonal communication skills
  • A background in high tech or life sciences (preferred but not required)
  • A member of the bar in the state they are based or able to waive in

This team represents a broad range of clients from emerging startups to global leaders in patent disputes in federal courts and post-grant proceedings before the USPTO. Associates benefit from working on cutting-edge matters involving innovative technologies and breakthrough science while gaining hands-on experience and direct client engagement.
