About The Role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for amotivatedAdministration /Customer Service Officerto join our team based in Cheltenham Melbourne.
Reporting to the National Sales and Marketing Manager this deskbasedrole will focus on both handling customer enquiries and troubleshooting issues either by phone email or in person with a focus on achieving first call resolutions.
You will work within a team environment and your individual contributions will support the achievement of the teams KPIs.
