Job Summary
Primary responsibilities: Mixing matrixes and kitting material for work orders going on to the production floor.
Key duties include:
Mixes matrixes and backing powders for production of coring bits.
Kits material for all work orders on production floor.
Assists with other Materials Team needs including counting stocking and material handling
Maintains a clean neat and memberready area.
Reported failures malfunctions or wear issues on equipment to supervisor. Inspected finished products to verify conformity to quality standards.
Communicate any problems that might arise during the process.
Support the team in other areas.
Follow established work instructions.
Working independently but being a team player with minimum supervision.
Availability for overtime is obligatory when required.
High priority on having safe and clean workspaces.
Qualifications:
Experience reading procedures and/or machining work orders.
Experience using standard quality inspection tools and gages.
Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds.
High school diploma or equivalent. Requires 12 years of related experience.
Demonstrated problemsolving and reasoning ability in a manufacturing environment.
Reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards.
Demonstrated ability to manage inventory and meet tight deadlines while ensuring quality control and customer satisfaction.
Team player able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without confusion.
Hard worker intensely driven determined goaloriented and intrinsically motivated.
