Job Description
The Role
Alba Thermal Springs & Spa is a luxury spa and hot springs destination located in Fingal.
Open for breakfast lunch & dinner Thymes menu has been created by wellknown Melbourne chef restauranteur cookbook author and television presenter Karen Martini showcasing locally sourced seasonal produce served alongside excellent coffee herbal tea blends local coldpressed juices and signature cocktails.
We are looking for a full time professional and experienced Demi Chef (Breakfast) who will draw on their knowledge and expertise to support the Head Chef in this fastpaced kitchen.
We will provide flexibility with days and hours across a rotational roster.
We offer a competitive annual salary superannuation.
About You
- You have a culinary qualification of Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or Diploma in Hospitality
- You have 2 experience in commercial kitchen
- You will have knowledge of food professional principles and practices
- Ability to work well under pressure and collaborate with a dedicated team
- You are guest centric a team player and have a positive attitude
- You have excellent personal presentation and strong communication skills
- You are capable reliable and responsible
- You have a valid visa or working rights for Australia
- You are available to work in the evenings & weekends
