Job Description

A highly motivated and resultsoriented Key Account Representative is sought to join a growing team. This person will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing relationships with key clients aiming to ensure client satisfaction and drive significant business growth within strategic accounts. The Key Account Representative is a pivotal customerfacing role focusing on building and maintaining relationships with a companys most important clients. They are responsible for understanding the needs of these key accounts ensuring their satisfaction and driving substantial business growth within those accounts.

Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned key accounts.

2. Develop and maintain strong longlasting relationships with key decisionmakers within client organizations.

3. Understand client needs and objectives and develop tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.

4. Proactively identify upselling and crossselling opportunities to expand business with existing clients.

5. Collaborate with internal teams (sales marketing customer support) to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

6. Monitor account performance track key metrics and report to clients and internal stakeholders regularly.

7. Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

8. Stay informed about industry trends market conditions and competitor activities.

9. Participate in account planning and strategic discussions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field (preferred).

2. Proven experience in sales or account management focusing on key accounts (preferred).

3. Excellent communication interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.

4. Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities.

5. Resultsoriented and able to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
