Job Description
TASQ is seeking a manufacturing plant manager for an onsite position in Pasig.
The prescreening interview will take place via phone so please ensure your line is available.
**Work Setup:** Onsite (Pasig)
**Schedule:**
**Morning Shift:** 6:00 AM 2:30 PM (Monday to Friday) & 6:00 AM 1:00 PM 2 Saturdays)
**Night Shift:** 6:00 PM 2:30 AM (Monday to Friday) & 6:00 PM 1:00 AM 2 Saturdays)
**Requirements:**
Bachelors degree in engineering business administration or a related field.
5 to 10 years of experience in plant operations including at least 5 years in a managerial position.
Capable of planning organizing directing and managing daily plant operations.
Ensure that production meets quality standards and delivery schedules.
Oversee and enhance production efficiency capacity and costs.
Supervise coach and develop plant personnel to promote a highperformance culture.
Address employee issues and ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
Enforce compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations stringently.
Conduct regular safety audits and promptly correct any deficiencies.
Manage the plant budget encompassing labor materials and equipment expenses.
Collaborate with department managers to align plant objectives with organizational goals.
Prepare and present operational reports to management.
Act as the main liaison between the plant other departments vendors and management.
