Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive

Department: Sales
Location: Phnom Penh
Reports to: Sales Manager / Sales Director
Employment Type: Fulltime

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and resultsdriven Sales Executive to join the team and manage the Horeca (Hotels Restaurants Cafs) channel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities building strong relationships and driving revenue growth within this specialized sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of HoReCa clients through proactive outreach and relationshipbuilding.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the Sales Manager/ Sales Director.
  • Conduct regular client visits to build rapport understand customer needs and provide product solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing promotions and contracts in line with company policies.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics marketing finance) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts reports and insights to the management team.
  • Organize product presentations tastings and training sessions for client staff when necessary.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows exhibitions or HoReCa industry events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 23 years of sales experience preferably in FMCG beverages or the HoReCa channel.
  • Strong network within the hospitality and food service industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory.
