Our client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to provide outstanding support to their customer service team. This is an excellent opportunity for a customerfocused professional who enjoys problemsolving working in a team and delivering toptier service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls ensuring a professional and friendly experience.
- Accurately process customer orders payments and returns ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage customer concerns and complaints with patience and professionalism aiming for firstcontact resolution.
- Maintain and update customer records ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and problem resolution.
- Ensure all customer queries are followed up in a timely manner to maintain customer satisfaction.
The candidate
- Minimum of 12 months of officebased customer service experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication with a confident professional telephone manner.
- Ability to accurately log information and follow processes without errors.
- Works well in a collaborative environment and contributes to team success.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Ability to handle complaints and customer issues with patience empathy and efficiency.
