Clerk to join our winning team FullTime in Poughkeepsie NY.

What youll do as the Accounts Receivable & Audit Clerk:
Audit review of daily reconciliations from car wash & laundromat
Navigate maintain and troubleshoot customer/transaction database platforms for car
wash
Verify daily Credit Card batches and refunds related to daily audits
Maintain and establish Fleet and Dealership customer bulk car wash accounts and
orders
Process Fleet and Dealership customer invoicing in QuickBooks
Process and record collection of accounts receivable deposits in QuickBooks
Ensure accuracy in general ledger
Customer Service
Other duties as assigned
Whats required of you:
2 years of receivable experience
Advanced bookkeeping software experience preferably QuickBooks
Must be comfortable meeting tight deadlines
Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Detail oriented
Ability to work independently and as a team
