I. A certificate in a relevant or related field may be substituted for one 1 year of the required experience.

IV. A Doctorate degree in a related field may be substituted for four 4 years of the required experience.

Position Summary
The Registry of Motor Vehicles administers a variety of licensing registration and public safetyrelated functions and services.
The RMV Training Manager leads a team of learning development and delivery professionals to provide training and performance support services to all RMV business units and select RMV external business partners. This includes coordinating and prioritizing instructional design tasks based on RMV priorities changemanagement tasks managing the training delivery schedules and ensuring that all aspects of training operations are handled efficiently and effectively. Training and performance support services include employee onboarding and role specific new hire training crosstraining employees as their roles expand providing compliancebased training and providing projectspecific training to impacted business departments and external business partners for business transformations. Additionally the Training Team provides a variety of operational communications and publishes core RMV material used by the public (including the RMVs Drivers Manual and operational forms). The operational communication and publishing services are distinct from the range of training services provided by the team.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the development and maintenance of training programs to educate employees/business partners on RMV business procedures and policies to improve knowledge and provide programs that upskill employees and support compliance with Standard Operating Procedures while aligning training programs with business objectives
Perform and review initial needs analysis for training/performance support requests.
Manage the Training and Support Services Department operations
Manage RMV Training Team Resources and Planning
Oversee Publication and Change Management Services
