Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring:
- Identify stakeholders and determine the activities required for business analysis.
- Estimate work item requirements and understand source systems including database structures and process flows.
- Requirements Elicitation Management and Collaboration:
- Investigate evaluate and design solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document business domain details and structure requirements for clear communication.
- Obtain consensus and stakeholder signoff on the requirements.
- Address and document areas of conflicting opinions.
- Requirements Analysis:
- Prioritize and conceptualize requirements using text matrices and diagrams.
- Define assumptions constraints and risks while ensuring highquality requirements specifications.
- Validate that all requirements align with the business architecture.
- Solution Assessment and Validation:
- Ensure the proposed solution meets stakeholder requirements and assist the testing team in validating against business requirements.
- Assess the organizations readiness for effective use of the solution.
- Life Cycle Management:
- Act as a bridge between business and delivery teams during the SDLC.
- Investigate production issues and propose solutions including performing data analysis to identify improvements.
